Ordering Policies
Dealer name, address and phone number must be on each order form -
Please use the same address and phone number each timeyou order.
Orders received without dealer’s name and address will not be processed until you contact us.
Reorder Numbers -
Must be used when re-ordering an item. If some of the information has changed, simply write the reorder number onthe order form and indicate changes on the sample card.
One order -
One order is defined as one individual order of 500 or 1000 or any quantity in increments of 1000 (2000, 3000, etc.). When any information changes, the order becomes an additional order.
Make a photocopy of your order -
We do not return original order forms.
Cancellations and Changes -
BCEX does not accept cancellations once an order is in production. If you must make a change on an ordercontact DEALER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY! If plates have already been made, a $25.00 per plate color charge will be applied.
Dealer Supplied Stock -
Supply all stock: 8 1⁄2” x 11”, or specify size. BCEX is not responsible for lost or damaged stock. Supply 15% extra stock for press setup. All stocks subject to BCEX approval. Unused stock will be returned when job is completed. Coatedstocks do not work well with foldovers & scoring.
Any billing dispute must be made within 30 days. No credit will be given after this period.
Re-Print Policy -
If an error is caused by BCEX, a new order will be printed at no charge.
Maximum time limit for all reprints is 30 daysfrom when you receive the order. If you notice an error on the order you received from BCEX contact dealer service immediately.Your order will be printed at no charge on the next scheduled printing day.
Remember to return the incorrect product with reprint request or no credit will be issued.If you or your customer has made an error please follow the instructions below.
Fill out a new order form. Circle the error on one of the printed samples and indicate what the correction should be.
Attach the Re-order Number used to print the order.
Write “Reprint” on the order form.
We will contact you if the order cannot be processed with the information supplied.
Drop Ship Orders -
Are orders that are shipped directly to your customer. Attach a separate shipping label with the customer’s addressclearly printed. You will receive the invoice, BCEX reorder card and some printed samples. There will be a $5.50 handling charge plus actual UPS charges.
Three Color Business Cards
Base price includes any three standard ink colors.
No Rush Service Available
Turnaround time is 5 working days. (10 days if non-express combinations or PMScolors are involved.)
All regular additional charges apply to three color business cards.
Add an extra day for flat printing.
